We are delighted to confirm that the merger of Ripley Court School with Reed’s School is now complete.

Further to our announcement on 1st July 2019, we are delighted to confirm that the assets and undertakings of Ripley Court Educational Trust Ltd were officially transferred to Reed’s School in Cobham on 31st October 2019 and consequently the merger of Ripley Court School with Reed’s School is now complete.

Both Schools share a philosophy of education which focuses on developing the whole individual and the merger provides an opportunity to share knowledge, resources, and best practices.

This merger marks an exciting new chapter in both the Schools’ history and we would like to thank the Ripley Court School and Reed’s School staff for all their hard work which allowed us to achieve this in a very short space of time.

Following on from the merger news, we would also like to thank John Evans who, after 10 years of service as the Chairman of Governors for Ripley Court School, has retired and we are ever grateful of his continued support and dedication to the school. We are very much looking forward to the future of both schools with Steve Poole as new Chairman of Governors for Ripley Court School.
