FEES FROM AUTUMN 2024/25

Nursery/Transition

Full time (10 sessions) £3,985 per term
Minimum attendance (3 sessions) £1,195 per term

The week consists of 10 sessions, 5 morning sessions and 5 afternoon sessions. Increases to sessions up to full time can be made at the beginning of each term.

 

Part time

Morning only, 8.30 am – 12 noon £400 per session per term
Morning incl lunch, 8.30 am – 12.30 pm £460 per session per term
Afternoon incl lunch, 12 noon - 3:30pm £460 per session per term
Afternoon excl lunch, 12:30pm - 3:30pm £400 per session per term
Full day (incl. lunch), 8.30 am – 3.30 pm £800 per day per term

Reception £4,200 per term
Years 1 and 2 £4,465 per term
Year 3  £5,590 per term
Year 4 £5,730 per term
Years 5 and 6 £6,050 per term

DISCOUNTS:

Sibling discounts apply to the third concurrent child (10%) and fourth and subsequent concurrent children (20%).

PAYING FEES:

Fees are payable on the first day of the term. There are schemes that allow parents to pay monthly which we will accept (our Bursary can give full details), and we are also prepared to engage with company fee subsidy schemes. We accept Early Years nursery funding.

FEES AND EXTRAS:

The fees are calculated inclusive of tuition, books, meals, and school travel and personal accident insurance. Some relatively minor items, however, are charged as “extras.” Fees are charged in advance, and extras in arrears. Some examples of extras include:

  • Items the children will keep certain optional revision guides.
  • Some presentation items such as certain badges and engraving of trophies lost and damaged text or exercise books.
  • External exam entries (e.g. Common Entrance and English Speaking Board)
  • Breakfast Club.
  • Wrap around care including Breakfast Club, Court Jesters (3h30 -18h00) and Court Squires (17h00 - 18h00) after-school supervision service.
  • Learning Support tuition and optional School fees insurance.
  • Some short trips, outings and workshops.
  • Residential trips.

EXTRA SUBJECTS AND AFTER SCHOOL CLUBS:

The following tuition and activities are available for an additional charge. Some subjects will be charged by arrangement direct with peripatetic teachers with the remainder being administered by the School. After school clubs vary throughout the year.

FEE PAYMENT PORTAL (ESENDA)

To add an additional level of security to parents'/guardians' fee payments, our preferred method of payment is now via the secure payment portal provided by Esenda.

To assist, here is a quick guide to making payments with Esenda:

1. Click on the payment link above or on your fee bill to go to the landing page and select the relevant school (Reed's or Ripley Court)

2. Enter your preferred email address and check your email for a code to verify your email address. 

3. Enter the information as detailed on your fee bill:

• Pupil’s Name and Surname
• Pupil Reference Number
• Bill number
• Payment Amount.

4. Choose your payment method – Open Banking or Bank Transfer and follow the instructions.

Payment Method Information:

• Open banking allows you to select your own bank and is easier to use on a mobile device which has your banking app.  When the payment is successful you will see an onscreen confirmation.

• Bank Transfer enables you to make a bank transfer as you are accustomed to doing, but through the School’s Esenda Clearing account. For Bank Transfers, please note the following account details: Beneficiary name - “The London Orphan Asylum (Reed’s School)”, Account name - "Currency Cloud Ltd"

• You will be given the sort code and account number to either print or copy and paste into your internet banking application and you will then be required to select one of the two options: “Payment made” or 'I’ll pay Later”.

• You can print a receipt after making your payment, but you will receive an email receipt from Esenda within approximately 2 hrs.

As an alternative to paying termly, you can pay your school fees and extras via monthly repayments through School Fee Plan*.

THE APPLICATION DEADLINE FOR THE COMING TERM IS TWO WEEKS BEFORE THE FIRST DAY OF TERM.

SCHOOL FEES REFUND SCHEME

School fees are not refunded for any part of a term in which a pupil may be absent through illness or other cause, but a scheme exists which may provide repayment of fees in cases of absence through illness, injury or contact with infection. If parents wish to be included in the Scheme please contact the Finance Department.
