FEES SPRING AND SUMMER 2025

At Ripley Court School, we believe in nurturing the whole child through a high-quality, well-rounded education. This is enriched by a wide range of extra-curricular activities led by our dedicated teaching staff and skilled club specialists. Our pupils thrive in a supportive community that truly reflects the spirit of Ripley Court.

Nursery/Transition

Full time (10 sessions) £3,985 per term
Minimum attendance (3 sessions) £1,195 per term

Nursery Sessions:

Our week offers 10 flexible sessions, five in the mornings and five in the afternoons. Families can increase their child’s sessions, up to full-time, at the start of each term, according to their needs and availability.

Part time

Morning only, 8:30 am – 12 noon £400 per session per term
Morning incl lunch, 8:30 am – 12:30 pm £460 per session per term
Afternoon incl lunch, 12 noon - 3:30pm £460 per session per term
Afternoon excl lunch, 12:30pm - 3:30pm £400 per session per term
Full day (incl. lunch), 8:30 am – 3:30 pm £800 per day per term

VAT: 

From Reception upwards, fees are inclusive of VAT. Please note that lunch, which is a compulsory part of the school day, is VAT-exempt and shown as a separate charge in the fee table.

DISCOUNTS:

Sibling discounts are available: 10% for the third concurrent child, and 20% for the fourth and subsequent concurrent children.

PAYING FEES:

Fees are payable on the first day of each term. We also offer flexible payment options, including monthly instalments. Please contact our Bursary for full details. Additionally, we are happy to work with company fee subsidy schemes. Early Years nursery funding is accepted.

FEES AND EXTRAS:

Our fees cover tuition, books, meals, school travel, and personal accident insurance, ensuring a comprehensive educational experience. Some additional items, known as “extras,” are charged separately and billed in arrears. These may include:

  • Optional revision guides that children keep
  • Presentation items such as badges and trophy engraving
  • Replacement of lost or damaged textbooks or exercise books
  • External exam entries (e.g. Common Entrance, English Speaking Board)
  • Breakfast Club attendance
  • Learning Support tuition and optional school fees insurance
  • Certain short trips, outings, and workshops
  • Residential trips
  • Aftercare provided by Après School, is available from 3:30pm to 6:00pm for Little Court (Pre-Prep) and 5:00pm to 6:00pm for Upper Court (Prep). Payments for aftercare are made directly to Après contact hello@apres-school.co.uk for more information.

EXTRA SUBJECTS AND OPTIONAL AFTER SCHOOL CLUBS:

Additional tuition and activities are available for a supplementary fee. Some activities are charged directly by peripatetic teachers by arrangement, while others are managed and billed through the School. Please note that after-school clubs vary throughout the year.

FEE PAYMENT PORTAL (ESENDA)

To provide an added level of security for parents’ and guardians’ fee payments, we now prefer payments to be made via the secure payment portal provided by Esenda.

To assist, here is a quick guide to making payments with Esenda:

1. Click on the payment link above or on your fee bill to go to the landing page and select the relevant school (Reed's or Ripley Court)

2. Enter your preferred email address and check your email for a code to verify your email address. 

3. Enter the information as detailed on your fee bill:

  • Pupil’s full name

  • Pupil reference number

  • Bill number

  • Payment amount

.

4. Choose your payment method – Open Banking or Bank Transfer and follow the instructions.

Payment Method Information:

• Open banking allows you to select your own bank and is easier to use on a mobile device which has your banking app.  When the payment is successful you will see an onscreen confirmation.

• Bank Transfer enables you to make a bank transfer as you are accustomed to doing, but through the School’s Esenda Clearing account. For Bank Transfers, please note the following account details: Beneficiary name - “The London Orphan Asylum (Reed’s School)”, Account name - "Currency Cloud Ltd"

• You will be given the sort code and account number to either print or copy and paste into your internet banking application and you will then be required to select one of the two options: “Payment made” or 'I’ll pay Later”.

• You can print a receipt after making your payment, but you will receive an email receipt from Esenda within approximately 2 hrs.

PAYMENT OF FEES VIA INSTALLMENT

As an alternative to paying termly, there is also the option to pay your school fees and extras via monthly repayments through School Fee Plan*.

Credit is subject to status, affordability, terms and conditions apply, over 18s only.

THE APPLICATION DEADLINE FOR THE COMING TERM IS TWO WEEKS BEFORE THE FIRST DAY OF TERM.

SCHOOL FEES REFUND SCHEME

School fees are not refunded for any part of a term in which a pupil may be absent through illness or other cause, but a scheme exists which may provide repayment of fees in cases of absence through illness, injury or contact with infection. If parents wish to be included in the Scheme please contact the Finance Department.
