Ripley Court Parent Teacher Association (RCPTA)

One of the truly unique features of Ripley Court is the warmth, energy, and support from our parent community. This strong sense of belonging is reflected in our dedicated parent and staff representatives, who enrich school life through a variety of fundraising initiatives and community events throughout the year. Led by Mrs Patrick Abbott, our RCPTA Chair, and supported by Parent Reps, their efforts bring real enthusiasm and support to the school.

Recent fundraising successes have made possible our Little Court Outdoor Classroom, a new STEM room for pupils across Little and Upper Court, and the purchase of 20 iPads to enhance learning school-wide.

Throughout the year, we host regular social events for both children and parents, ensuring the fun and lively spirit of Ripley Court thrives. This year’s calendar includes school discos, Fireworks Night, Christmas and Summer fairs, Easter Hunt, quiz nights, picnics, and more.

A key aim of the RCPTA is to represent parents’ views and strengthen two-way communication with the school, celebrating what works well and sharing constructive ideas for improvement. Your year reps are a great first point of contact, and there are many ways to engage in this ongoing dialogue during your time here.

Ripley Court is at an exciting time, and a thriving school community depends on everyone’s involvement. We warmly invite all parents to explore upcoming events and consider how you might take part, whether by joining an event, lending a hand, or simply attending. Every contribution, big or small, makes a real difference.

If you’d like to get involved or learn more, please do get in touch with your child’s class parent representative.
