Ripley Court School is a popular, independent, co-educational preparatory school for 3-13 year olds set in 19 acres of beautiful Surrey countryside including extensive playing fields and a Forest School. The school celebrated its 125th anniversary in 2018. This year represents an exciting time for the school following the merger with Reed’s School in November 2019.
This position has arisen following the retirement of the previous Headteacher who led the school over the last 18 years. The governors are now looking to appoint a Headteacher who will:
- Lead the school through a period of change in a rapidly-shifting educational landscape
- Build on and extend the school’s reputation for providing a well-rounded education and exceptional care for every pupil.

Reed’s School is one of the leading Independent Day and Boarding Schools in the country providing an education for over 700 pupils. The School is all boys from 11-16 and has a co-educational Sixth Form. This year represents an exciting time for the school following the merger with Ripley Court School in November 2019.
We are looking to recruit a suitably experienced and qualified candidate who will join the team of nurses in our Health Centre at Reed’s School.
This will be a permanent, term time only role and the successful candidate will work on a part time basis, for one or two days per week. There will also be an expectation to carry out a minimum number of Saturday sports fixtures throughout the year in addition to ‘On Call’ sessions, as with all Health Centre team members.
