RIPLEY COURT SCHOOL

PART TIME CLASS TEACHER (COMPUTING)

Required from January 2021

Ripley Court School is a popular, independent, co-educational preparatory school for 3-11 year olds set in 19 acres of beautiful Surrey countryside including extensive playing fields and a Forest School.  The school celebrated its 125th anniversary in 2018.  This year represents an exciting time for the school following the merger with Reed’s School in November 2019.

We are currently looking to appoint a part-time Class Teacher who will be responsible for leading, and teaching, the Computing in Key Stage 2, including preparing schemes in line with national guidelines. The role- holder will also be required to teach some other areas of the curriculum as required.

This role will be based at Ripley Court School and the requirement is for 2 days per week during term time.

The successful candidate will demonstrate an ability to support our School ethos by not only providing excellent teaching, but support pupils’ wider development with excellent pastoral care and a willingness to become involved in the School's extra-curricular programme.
