Macmillan Coffee Morning
Ripley Court School raised a remarkable £657.52 on Friday 28th September for Macmillan Cancer Support.
Families and friends of Ripley Court School were invited to attend this year’s Macmillan Coffee Morning. Tempting cakes, cookies and muffins were kindly made and donated by pupils and parents as prizes in the raffle and all guests were given coffee, tea and biscuits during which time the Years 7 and 8 pupils did a wonderful job selling raffle tickets.
At the end of the successful Coffee Morning, Senior Master Steve Brunning drew the winning tickets for the Macmillan cake raffle which caused much excitement as the winners collected their prizes of delicious cakes and goodies.
The school would like to thank everybody who came along, baked, and helped raise money for Macmillan Cancer Support.
