1. Due to a possible reshuffling of personnel, we are looking either for a full-time Head of Nursery to run the Ark, or for a newly-qualified nursery practitioner to join the nursery. The applicant needs a minimum NVQ3 qualification, but we will also consider candidates with full QTS. The setting is a dynamic, innovative part of Little Court and caters for up to 40 children. It is non-registered and inspected by the Independent School Inspectorate as part of whole-school inspections, and recently passed an ISI compliance inspection with flying colours.

2. Wanted for September 2017 a full-time teacher of mathematics, to teach to the senior end (Years 5-8) of the school, including preparation for 11+, 13+ CE and PSS exams. The ability to teach games would be an advantage, as would familiarity with iPad technology. The ideal candidate will be a Maths graduate, but a teacher with a mathematics speciality would be more than able to do this job. This would suit an experienced teacher or an NQT, for whom training and mentoring would be provided. Closing date for applications Friday 24 March 2017 with interviews to be held the following week. 3. We are looking to begin a new apprenticeship scheme for Grounds Staff. Suitable candidates would work at Ripley Court gaining experience, and would simultaneously train at the school's expense with a partner institution such as Myerscough for accreditation as a sports groundsperson. Pay would be according to age and experience but would not be less than the minimum wage for age. Contracts would be for up to the length of the course providing suitable progress was being made.
