Ripley Court’s Big Macmillan Coffee Morning
On Friday 30th September pupils, parents and teachers from Ripley Court School proudly took part in the World’s Biggest Coffee Morning for Macmillan Cancer Support.
Participants had been baking up a storm in the days leading up to the event as they arrived with armfuls of impressive home-made cakes for the charity cake raffle. The Ripley Court pupils did a wonderful job selling raffle tickets as the parents and teachers enjoyed a cup of tea and a biscuit. The raffle was drawn by Senior Master Steve Brunning and excitement ensued as winning numbers were called and delicious looking cakes were snapped up.
The school managed to raise an impressive £479.34 in just two hours for Macmillan Cancer Support and they would like to thank the generosity of all that were involved.
