Ripley CourtSchool

125th Anniversary Colour Run

In celebration of Ripley Court’s 125th Anniversary, the whole school, from Nursery to Year 8, took part in the school’s first ever Colour Run.

Over 250 children and staff thoroughly enjoyed the fun atmosphere of the afternoon and were delighted to get covered from head to toe in all of the colours of the rainbow.  Tildy, Year 4, said “It was so much fun, I am filled with colour!”

The Colour Run is just one of the many ways the school is celebrating its 125th Anniversary. Other events have included a Grand Ball, a museum exhibition and a whole school tea party.  Ripley Court’s Headmaster, Andrew Gough, organised a mass tree planting of 125 trees, which received a letter of recognition from The Queen.
