World Thinking Day

Ripley Court School celebrated World Thinking Day in February.

On Friday 22nd February, Ripley Court School celebrated World Thinking Day. Pupils were allowed to dress in their uniforms to show they were part of the movement.

Did you know that 22nd February was chosen as the date for Thinking Day because it was the mutual birthday of Lord Baden-Powell, founder of the Scout Movement, and his wife Olave, who served as World Chief Guide (both of whom used to live in Ripley in the old house behind the church).
