Ripley's Got Talent!!!
On Thursday 16th March Ripley Court School held its annual ‘Ripley’s Got Talent’ competition to raise money for the fantastic Jigsaw School, an independent day school for children and young people with an autism spectrum disorder.
Watched by proud families, teachers and a crowd of lively supportive peers, the talented youngsters put on a fantastic show of uplifting songs, energetic dance routines, hilarious standup comedy and much much more. The evening was expertly hosted by Ripley’s very own Ant and Dec, who did a fantastic job of keeping proceedings going. The school was also joined by a chatty judging panel of Steve Morgan from Jigsaw, ex Ripley teacher Mrs. Crowson, the School’s Chef Ian and well known poet Ash Dickenson. All of the acts performed incredibly well and following some tense audience voting and debating, the proud winners were announced and prizes collected on stage to rapturous cheers and applause. Well done to Lucca Williams who won the individual prize for his fabulous stand-up sketch, and also to ‘Super Sunshine’ for winning the group prize for their uplifting dance performance. Well done to all of the pupils, teachers, staff and parents who made this year’s ‘Ripley’s Got Talent’ the BEST yet! More photos can be seen in our Recent Photos.
